Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- 180-Day Window: Your refund request must be made within 180 days of the original purchase date. Requests after 180 days will not be accepted.
- One Bottle at a Time: Please open and use one bottle at a time before opening the next. If you have opened multiple bottles simultaneously, your refund will only apply to the unopened bottles.
- Product Condition: Returned products must not be intentionally damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way. Products damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for refund.
- Empty Bottle Returns: You may return empty bottles for a full refund, provided you used only one bottle at a time as directed. This is how confident we are in our product.
- Original Packaging: Where possible, return products in their original packaging with the order number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
How to Request a Refund
Follow these simple steps to initiate your refund:
- Contact Us First: Email info@boostsurgex.com or call (302) 200-3480 with your order number and reason for return. Do NOT ship anything before receiving return authorization.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Send the product with the RMA number written clearly on the package to: 11870 62nd St. N, Largo, FL 33773. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged during delivery.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
How You Will Receive Your Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit / Debit Card: Refund will appear on your card statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Some banks may take up to one billing cycle.
- Bank Account / ACH: If paid via bank transfer, refund will be returned to the same bank account within 5-7 business days after processing.
- PayPal: PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours and will appear in your PayPal balance immediately.
- Other Payment Methods: For other payment methods, please contact our support team and we will guide you through the refund process.
Fraudulent Orders & Unauthorized Payments
Boost Surge X and its payment processor BUYGOODS take fraud very seriously. All orders are verified through advanced fraud detection systems.
- Stolen Credit/Debit Cards: If an order is placed using a stolen or unauthorized credit card, debit card, or payment method, the order will be immediately flagged, cancelled, and reported to the relevant financial institutions and law enforcement authorities.
- Fake or Prepaid Cards: Orders placed with fraudulent, fake, or certain unverifiable prepaid cards may be declined automatically by our payment processor. If such an order is later identified as fraudulent, the full transaction will be reversed and the account will be permanently banned.
- Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request identity verification (photo ID, proof of card ownership) for any order that is flagged by our fraud detection system. Failure to verify identity within 48 hours may result in order cancellation.
- Repeated Refund Abuse: Customers who repeatedly order and request refunds may be flagged for review. We reserve the right to deny future orders from accounts exhibiting patterns of refund abuse.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
- Contact Us First: In most cases, we can resolve your issue faster than a chargeback process. Chargebacks can take 60-90 days to resolve, while we can process a refund in 5-7 business days.
- Chargeback Process: If you file a chargeback/dispute with your bank, we will be notified and will respond with transaction details, delivery confirmation, and order records. This may delay your refund significantly.
- Friendly Fraud Warning: Filing a chargeback after receiving and using the product, without first attempting to return it through our refund process, may be classified as "friendly fraud." This can negatively affect your credit score and banking history.

If you see a charge from BUYGOODS or CLKBANK on your statement and don't recognize it, please contact us before disputing. It is likely your Boost Surge X order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after the 180-day guarantee period has expired.
- Product was intentionally damaged, opened multiple bottles simultaneously, or tampered with.
- Order was placed using stolen, fake, or unauthorized payment methods.
- Customer refuses to provide order number or identity verification when requested.
- Product was purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller (we only sell through our official website and BUYGOODS).
