Return Process

1. Email us first at info@boostsurgex.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything before contacting us.
2. Get your RMA - Our team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return address.
3. Ship to our return address - Package your order (including any empty bottles) and ship it with your RMA number written on the outside of the package.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
